System/Search Architect (Unix Clusters)

Requirements:

Strong background in highly scaleable search environments;

Capable of working in an agile setting:

Experience with search, NLP, parsing, indexing and retrieval;

Experience with unix / linux based search systems and related tools;

Excellent English skills;

Large scale distributed applications;

Strong experience with a large Unix cluster;

Heavy parallel data processing across a cluster of linux servers.

Responsibilities:

Detailed design as needed to search implementation and performance;

Implementation/review of key algorithms;

Technical “go-to” person for complex issues/questions;

Review of CLIENT technical documents

Compensation:

Salary rates will depend on the interview results (very high for this position)+ social package (medical insurance + education). We provide relocation package to non-Moscow residents.
