System Analyst, Moscow, $1800-$2500 0

A large company is looking for System Analyst; higher education;3+ years in IT Industry with on-site analysis experience; Strong process flow, diagramming skills and presentation skills (Visio, Power Point), Use Case modeling (RUP), ERWIN; Good English; Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts; Proficient in developing requirements definition, functional specifications, test scripts, data models and business procedures; Experience in working with a team of developers, understanding of code management and release process; Knowledge of standard software development practices is a plus; Understanding of database technologies, data modeling, and working experience with any major RDBMS System (Oracle, Sybase, Informix, SQL Server). Refine and detail business requirements provided by on-site Business Analysts, develop system specifications for developers;Manage requirement changes and be responsible for keeping requirements documents up to date; Participate in reviewing the system during internal QA; Resolve arguments between Testers and Developers on bugs reported; Ensure deliverables match functional specification; Provide assistance with explanation of business logic to the development team and PM as well as communicating all the issues back to the Belmont and Michigan business analysts/PM; The person will be a major contact for all the development team on all the requirements questions.
