A large company is looking for Senior JAVA Developer; higher education; 3+ years experience developing Enterprise Java/J2EE applications; Good English; Individual must be familiar in all aspects of Object-oriented and database design including design patterns, and n-tier system architecture; Good knowledge and experience in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Weblogic, SQL, Oracle, Unix; Knowledge of standard software development practices including project lifecycles, project management, code management and release process; Ability to resolve functional & technical issues independently; Good communication skills. Perform JSP / Java maintenance and enhancements for the Total Return Swaps Web site. The developer can also utilize C# for object oriented system development.Responsibilities will include: Performing necessary functional upgrades in response to bugs; Data Analysis and Quality Assurance; Understand calculations and logic in Oracle based on user requests — needed for enhancements; Providing technical analysis and support for application redesign.
