A large company is looking for Lead Business Analyst; higher education (technical); fluent English; 3+ years experience as a Functional Analyst within a financial services IT development project Very strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent spoken and written English ESSENTIAL, ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts; Strong process flow, diagramming skills and presentation skills (Visio, Power Point), Use Case modeling (RUP), UML; Proficient in developing requirements definition, functional specifications, test scripts, data models and business procedures. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodology and software. Familiar with multi-tier architecture design and implementation Strong knowledge of investment banking functions preferred, familiar with deal management and financial reporting preferred Understanding of CRM systems and financial services an advantage Understanding of database technologies, data modeling, and working experience with any major RDBMS System (Oracle, Sybase, Informix, SQL Server) Understanding the test/QA process, automated testing experience is a plus Self-driven and highly motivated; Good organizational and project management skills.
